Celeste Barros is the principal of CWB Resource Group, a training and development organization
focused on the design and delivery of programs built to enhance leadership and management abilities as well as individual performance.

Celeste is an instructional designer and workshop facilitator with over 25 years experience in customized curriculum design and the development of interactive learning programs. Her work has supported the training and development initiatives of organizations throughout every major business sector as well as agencies within the public sector. Celeste’s primary project work for the last eight years includes developing courseware and facilitating learning initiatives for leadership in the construction industry. This includes topics such as building commitment, delegating assignments, assessing work, and developing collaborative relationships with staff and key constituents.

Not only does Chris work with architects and owners in designing commercial HVAC systems, but he also works with general contractors in estimating and project managing these systems.
